The Only Bio-cotton Certified By Germany FRAUNHOFER in China.
 

The main raw materials of glass fiber VIP are core material, film material and getter. It is formed by vacuuming and encapsulating core material&getter into high barrier film pouch. combining microporous technology and vacuum technology with low thermal conductivity (below 2.0mW/(m·K)).

 

Glass Fiber: Ultrafine glass fiber with diameter of 3~5μm was prepared by high temperature melting centrifugation of the insulation material with SiO2 as the main body; And made into core sheet by wet or dry process.

 

Film: Multiple high barrier materials such as metal vapor deposition, nano-composite vapor deposition and EVOH are used in multilayer composites, which have excellent water and gas barrier capabilities.

 

Getter&Desiccant: CaO is the main water-absorbing material, and metal compounds with gas-absorbing ability are mixed at the same time.
